Synthesis and data integration

As shown in the different work packages in this project, we are dealing with a raft of evidence, gathered from various sources, on deserted medieval settlements. We will use GIS to manage and analyse the datasets collected in the project. Data generated will be spatialised, which will enable us to use GIS both as a narrative and visualisation tool. The spatial environment will also allow us to discuss issues that we are bound to face by using raw data and interpretations from different disciplines.
